STAGE 1. Growth Strategy Analysis
Growth strategy analysis is fundamental step in choosing the appropriate region / country for further investment and international development or for internal process optimization. Among other, we analyze the following areas at this stage:
- Market potential
- Political and economic risks
- Analysis of sales channels
- Competitor analysis (by market shares and financial performance based on annual reports)
- Price policy analysis and product / service segmentation
In order to resolve internal company issues, we conduct interviews with employees at all levels, assess the company reputation (current PR strategy, advertising etc.), analyze the mission and goals of the company, analyze employee motivation and conduct financial performance analysis.
The first stage is carried out by collecting information from accessible and open sources. In addition, we have a network of consultants in many regions of the world which greatly speeds up the collection and accuracy of gathered information.
During the second stage, our customer will be introduced with review of the entering market strategy, market potential, list of key players (competitors) and target customer groups.
This stage is effective in the preliminary phase. The information collected may be clarified in the course of further research.
STAGE 2. Feasibility study
The feasibility study is the second stage of a full-fledged research. In accordance with the prevailing understanding of the market entry strategy, VEGO Consult carries out detailed analysis of the following areas:

- Search for production premise and cost of launch (rent, real estate purchase/lease, utilities etc.)
- Labor costs
- Detailed study of the logistic model

During the second stage, our customer will be introduced with the risk analysis and total investment estimation required for entering the market.
STEP 3. Search for customers / sub-partners / contractors / cross-border acquisitions, evaluation, contacting and negotiation
The third stage is more factualand it could be carried out regardless of the first two stages. This stage is necessary in order to launch a marketing campaign, for sales boost and for local or international growth. In accordance with the criteria provided, VEGO Consult conducts search and contacting

- Companies for acquisitions / mergers
- Real estate (for rent / purchase)
The work is carried out in three phases:
- Longlisting potential segment which compiled based on basic criteria. The results are agreed with the customer and VEGO Consult proceeds to the second phase.
- Shortlisting based on the longlist and identification of the most suitable options
- Contacting, conducting interviews and organizing meetings
At the end of this stage, our consultants structure the information received according to the level of relevance, assess liquidity and (if necessary) conduct due diligence process.
During the third stage, our customer will be introduced with list of potential clients to increase revenues or list of potential partners. Each potential client/partner profile is described in detail, provided list of cons and pros and compiled plan for further actions.
STAGE 4. Implementation and integration
Together with the board of directors and the management team, VEGO Consult integrates new solutions developed in the first three stages. We assist in process optimization improvement and bring the business to the international level.

The final step is to track of implemented solutions. Our experts analyze the effectiveness of the company after 4-6 months. The purpose of the analysis is to make sure that you get the outcome of the integrated solutions, as well as make the necessary adjustments.
Upon completion of each of the stages, VEGO Consult conducts a presentation in a manner convenient for the customer (via Skype or in person). In the framework of this presentation, based on the information collected at the previous stages of the project, appropriate adjustments can be made or the vector of further research modified.
